My brother and I will be on as Featured Extras (at least in theory).    As ‘EURO TRASH’ for about 2-3 seconds -  so either DVR it - or don’t go to the bathroom during the episode!  

I’ve met Rob Halford a few times, and we had Glenn Tipton live in studio a few years ago.

BUT - to sit in a room with Rob, Glenn and KK of JUDAS PRIEST - and just talk for about 20-30 minutes was really amazing.

First of all - they are so nice, easy going and cool - its’ not even funny.   It was a great interview.

I got some of it on video - and will be posting that up by the end of the week.

Of the 2 new songs - I really like VISIONS a lot.  The first single was OK - but as I said to them - I think you need to hear it within the context of the rest of the album.

Also - I made Rob laugh by suggesting - that since everyone is assuming that you, as a band - did research and really delved into Nostradamus’ life, it’d be funny if you just made up stuff - like he loved to kill kittens.

We’d all believe it.

Anyway - Video should be up by the end of the week.

The Tour Bus is launching a new daily feature called - THE TOUR BUS QUICKIE. A one-minute day-in-rock type feature, with our spin on it… You’ll hear real moments in rock history, fake moments in rock history, artist interview clips, trivia, and more. The press went out last Monday - and the launch should occur by mid-may.

We are also going to Rocklahoma (should have tickets for listeners soon), and back to Sturgis - for what i believe will be our 7th or 8th year there!

Talk about 2 bands that really bring the rock. New Fun Energetic bands. And honestly their albums are good - but both bands live are so much better. Endeverafter are these young cool kids that just wanna go out and play - and just sound so fantastic live, and their album is so kick ass. And then Airbourne comes on - and it feels like you are watching a young AC/DC. Like you are a part of their inevitable history.

Both bands are SO WORTH going to see if they are playing anywhere near you - I’ve added videos for both bands in the past guests sections of each.

If you’ve been checking out the site recently then you’ve notice a lot of changes. TONS of past interviews have gone up, the forum and the blog have been redesigned, and we are 90% there… only 6 months too late.. but still! Get ready for a big re-launch in the next - I’d say week to two weeks.

Saw IRON MAIDEN @ IZOD CENTER last week- what an amazing show. Fantastic set list (although no ‘Flight Of Icarus’.. but still!). I mean it was just fantastic. Also - I really want to say thanks to the countless people that came up to me and said hi. It’s been over a year since we’ve been on in NJ - and your continued support of the show - is honestly - a bit overwhelming. It’s so nice to know you guys still - either listen online - or have your friends send you tapes of the show, or have just been checking our myspace page and here - to see what’s been going on - and we really appreciate that! I mean - it’s a common thought that in radio - out of sight is out of mind, but you guys in NJ have really proven that not to be the case.

Anyway - enough of me being sentimental. There will be a few big announcements on this little rock show we call The Tour Bus within the next 2 weeks as well. PLUS we are going to ROCKLAHOMA this year and for the 7th year in a row - back to STURGIS!

I realize a lot of you are anxious to get back into the swing of things here.. but we are implementing a few more changes before we are officially kickin’ off the website…   So just sit tight - once it’s up and running - we will get the word out as best we can!

It was a little while ago - but I posted some cool OZZY/ZAKK photos from the concert.

The first time the band has played in NYC in 10 years!  All original members @ the legendary rock room - Don Hill’s!   It’s going to be A LOT of fun, and we hope to see a lot of Tour Bus passengers hanging!

The band has a new album out called ‘Back To The Rhythm’ and it is classic Great White.    I will be going to the show - and bringing some CDs/DVDs to give away - and I’m looking forward to meeting up with some of you.  It’s been a while since I got out locally!
